Shipping and Exchanges
We want to make sure that you receive your orders as soon as possible, so we ship orders during business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays), between 11am to 6pm. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a tracking link which you can use to monitor the delivery status of your order. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout, so you will know exactly how much your shipping fee is before finalizing your order.
If you're an international customer, please note that the shipping fee paid during checkout only covers the cost of shipping from our fulfillment center in Malaysia to your destination. Customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid) are not included and will be charged separately. Our courier partner will get in touch with you if there are any duties to be paid. Please be aware that customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination, and the cost varies between countries. To avoid any unplanned costs, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day exchange policy for items purchased through our website or social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook). This policy starts from the day your items arrive according to the date stated in the delivery tracker. Please note that in-store purchases are not entitled to any exchanges, so please inspect your purchases before leaving the boutique.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have anything in mind for an exchange, your payment to us will be kept as store-credit with no expiry.
Shipping a Return:
If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us first. We will advise you on which branch to send your return item to upon approval of your return request. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over MYR 50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
