Shipping and Exchanges
As your order is processed from our fulfillment center in Malaysia, the shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid).
You’ll be charged if there’s any fees involved. Our courier partner will get in touch with you if there are any duties to be paid.
In most countries, any customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination. Glampot Sdn Bhd does not have control over these charges hence we are unable to include it in the shipping fee or advise on how much the cost will be as it varies between countries.
In order to avoid unplanned cost, it is important to check with the local customs office before placing an order.
You are entitled to a 7 days exchange policy if you shop via this website or via our social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook) which starts on the day your items arrive according to the date stated in the delivery tracker.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any exchanges. In-Store purchases are not entitled for any exchanges; therefore, please inspect your purchases before leaving the boutique.
If you do not have anything in mind for an exchange, your payment to us shall be kept as store-credit (no expiry).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over MYR 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
