At Glampot, all items are preowned, and as such, we do not offer any warranties. Each item has been carefully inspected for defects prior to sale, and what clients see is what they get. Once a purchase is completed, any issues that arise with the item will not be covered by Glampot. Examples of such issues include, but are not limited to, broken zippers, new cracks, rust, flaking, peeling, and discolouration. We encourage all customers to review item descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day exchange policy for items purchased through our website or social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook). This policy starts from the day your items arrive according to the date stated in the delivery tracker. Please note that in-store purchases are not entitled to any exchanges, so please inspect your purchases before leaving the boutique.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Exchanges are only permitted for incorrect or misrepresented items and do not apply to post-purchase wear-related issues such as broken zippers, peeling, or discolouration. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have anything in mind for an exchange, your payment to us will be kept as store credit with no expiry.

Customers are not eligible for a refund or exchange due to price adjustments from promotions or sales that occur after their purchase. Prices of items may vary weekly based on different promotions, and Glampot will not honor price-matching or retroactive discounts.

Refunds are only allowed under specific conditions where the item was poorly described, such as missing crucial accompaniments or having flaws that significantly alter the condition rating of the item. If any flaws found are still within the reasonable bounds of the described condition rating, the return request will be rejected.

Any refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the delivery. While our team strives to describe every item accurately, please keep in mind that these are preowned items, and some flaws consistent with their condition rating should be expected. Refunds will not be granted for natural wear and tear, aging-related flaws, or defects that were visible in provided images or described within the item listing. We encourage our customers to carefully read the item descriptions and review all images provided before making a purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us first. We will advise you on which branch to send your return item to upon approval of your return request. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over MYR 50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We want to make sure that you receive your orders as soon as possible, so we ship orders during business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays), between 11am to 6pm. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a tracking link which you can use to monitor the delivery status of your order. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout, so you will know exactly how much your shipping fee is before finalising your order.

If you're an international customer, please note that the shipping fee paid during checkout only covers the cost of shipping from our fulfilment center in Malaysia to your destination. Customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid) are not included and will be charged separately. Our courier partner will get in touch with you if there are any duties to be paid. Please be aware that customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination, and the cost varies between countries. To avoid any unplanned costs, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
