I don’t leave reviews after just 1 positive transaction because sometimes it can be a fluke and you end up getting disappointed the next time around. But I’ve purchased 3 items since Oct 2020 and I’ve had an all-around positive experience every time. The items are photographed well and from a variety of angles, so you know what you’re getting. They also disclose flaws and imperfections (if any) and they will happily take additional photos for you if you request it. The shipping is fast — I’ve received all my packages the same day, and the items is always meticulously wrapped. And the customer service is excellent too. They owner and staff are friendly and they respond and follow up. (This may seem like a trivial thing, but trust me, if you’re in a situation where you need questions answered especially after the sale has taken place, and the business you’re dealing with ghosts you, you’ll know how stressful that is.) Their Instagram is also a fun place to be with their frequent live-streaming of bags and their themed discounts every week.
