Daytona Meteorite Black Eye White Gold

The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona in 18ct white gold is the most discreet way to wear the world's most recognised chronograph. This example carries a meteorite dial cut from the Gibeon meteorite, its crystalline Widmanstätten pattern unique to each watch, set against contrasting black subdials — the configuration collectors call the "black eye". A black Cerachrom bezel with tachymetric scale frames the dial, and the solid white gold Oyster bracelet gives the watch real presence on the wrist. The in-house self-winding chronograph movement times to within an eighth of a second. A 2022 piece (reference 116509) in excellent pre-owned condition, polished and still carrying its protection sticker, presented with its certificate and box.
