We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day exchange policy for items purchased through our website or social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook). This policy starts from the day your items arrive according to the date stated in the delivery tracker. Please note that in-store purchases are not entitled to any exchanges, so please inspect your purchases before leaving the boutique.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Exchanges are only permitted for incorrect or misrepresented items and do not apply to post-purchase wear-related issues such as broken zippers, peeling, or discolouration. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have anything in mind for an exchange, your payment to us will be kept as store credit with no expiry.
Customers are not eligible for a refund or exchange due to price adjustments from promotions or sales that occur after their purchase. Prices of items may vary weekly based on different promotions, and Glampot will not honor price-matching or retroactive discounts.
