Exchange Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day exchange policy for items purchased through our website or social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook). This policy starts from the day your items arrive according to the date stated in the delivery tracker. Please note that in-store purchases are not entitled to any exchanges, so please inspect your purchases before leaving the boutique.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have anything in mind for an exchange, your payment to us will be kept as store-credit with no expiry.

Shipping a Return:

If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us first. We will advise you on which branch to send your return item to upon approval of your return request. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
